In the park of Château l'Hospitalet, delicious evenings of wine and food pairing with the moon as a witness!

This summer, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 09 August to 11 September 2021, the grounds of Château l'Hospitalet offer a delightful setting for dinners on balmy summer nights. The establishment has developed dinners with food and wine pairings, one wine per dish, based on a selection by the Château l'Hospitalet sommelier, to discover the wines of the estate and the AOP and IGP wines of the Languedoc and Roussillon. Each evening, the sommelier introduces the guests to the wines of the region and the combinations with the dishes prepared by the Atelier des saveurs. Dinners are served outdoors in the grounds of Château l'Hospitalet, in the heart of the biodynamic vineyard.
