About our Chef

Chef Laurent Chabert's cuisine is refined and local products feature largely in his dishes. Head Chef at L’Art de Vivre since 2014, Laurent Chabert comes from a family of livestock breeders that instilled in him a passion for top quality produce and the pleasure of working with the same small farmers since the beginning, building on strong friendships.

Laurent Chabert loves cooking. The produce guides him in his creations. He even has his own vegetable garden and fruit orchard, where he grows the herbs that give his cuisine its notable Mediterranean feel. 

With his staff, the chef offers you modern, creative fare all year long, honoring organic ingredients and biodiversity pairing with all Gérard Bertrand Grands Vins and Estate wines all available by the glass.
